Known for his wild, radical, and controversial style of spontaneous frenetic work, New York City based artist Greg Haberny constructs no-holds-barred installations that incorporate all forms of mixed media to create a visual explosion for the senses. Haberny's installations are hugely influenced by social disorder, popular culture and underground counter-culture. Pulling from 1960's French noir films, Warner Brothers and Disney animation, political propaganda both past and present, Haberny weaves together a seemingly chaotic and random discourse into a coherent thesis addressing the very foundation of humanity, offering a visual cornucopia of rebellion, politics, humor and sometimes toxic view of life created by an artist who has a unique critical take on a world gone mad.
