Art Front presents Alfredo & Isabel Aquilizan, one of the leading Asian artists today.  Their longstanding themes are In-Habit, which means settlement, movement, migration, transfer searching for another country.  The work has deep connections to their own life: born in the Philippines with fragile houses on the margins of the ocean, they relocated in in 2006 Brisbane, Australia, becoming migrants themselves.  They collect recycled cardboard to make community houses on ships collecting at the same time narrative stories of their own.

The iconic In-habit has attracted much attention in international scenes as Singapore Biennale (2008), Liverpool Biennale (2010), and in Moscow Biennale (2013).  Our presentation of this series will be the first time to introduce in USA, referring strongly to the diversity of our society.
